WSF TECNOLOGIA (CNPJ No. 54.492.026/0001-23) values user privacy and reaffirms its commitment to protecting personal data in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

We collect strictly necessary data to establish and operate your account.

Data provided directly by the User:

Full Name;

Email address;

Contact phone number.

Data WE DO NOT COLLECT: WSF Tecnologia does not collect location data (GPS), IP addresses for profiling, tracking cookies, or sensitive personal data (e.g., racial origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, health, or biometric data).

2. FINANCIAL DATA

All payments are handled externally by Stripe. WSF Tecnologia does not collect, store, or process credit card, debit card, or bank account data on its servers.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

We process personal data strictly for the following purposes, based on the legal grounds of Article 7 of the LGPD:

Name, Email, and Phone Number

Purpose: Account creation, user authentication, and delivery of the trial period and SaaS platform.

Legal Basis: Contract Execution (LGPD Art. 7, V).

Email and Phone Number

Purpose: Technical support, responding to queries, and sending account-related service notices.

Legal Basis: Contract Execution (LGPD Art. 7, V).

Email Address

Purpose: Sending system updates and essential administrative announcements.

Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest (LGPD Art. 7, IX).

4. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING

WSF Tecnologia does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared exclusively with essential infrastructure providers:

Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud server hosting;

Stripe: Payment processing;

Google / Microsoft: Infrastructure, authentication, and communication tools.

5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Because we utilize leading global cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google, Microsoft), personal data may be processed or stored in servers outside Brazil, ensuring high security standards equivalent to LGPD requirements.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Personal data is stored while the User's account is active. Upon cancellation, data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Under LGPD Article 18, users have the right to request access, correction, anonymization, blocking, or deletion of their personal data by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO).
